Chateraise is generally open all year round , but many stores will have shorter opening hours during the New Year's holiday period (December 31st to January 3rd).

The opening hours of many stores tend to be as follows in normal times:

For products other than those listed above that can be reserved online or picked up in store, pickup will be suspended from Friday, December 19th to Saturday, January 3rd, 2014.
Gift sets will not be available for collection until Sunday, January 4th .
